A rotary crusher is a large-scale crushing machine that utilizes the circular motion of the crushing cone in the cone cavity of the shell to produce compression, splitting, and bending effects on materials, and coarsely crushes ores or rocks of various hardness. The upper end of the main shaft equipped with a crushing cone is supported in a bushing in the middle of the crossbeam, and the lower end is placed in an eccentric hole of the shaft sleeve. When the shaft sleeve rotates, the crushing cone rotates eccentrically around the center line of the machine, and its crushing action is continuous, so its work efficiency is higher than that of a jaw crusher.The rotary crusher is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering. It is one of the main equipment for coarse crushing of ores, with characteristics such as high crushing ratio, high production capacity, and uniform product particle size.

The WSPXZ series rotary crusher is a hydraulic support structure. Before starting the crusher, first open the oil pump to fill the cylinder with oil. When the crushing cone rises to the working position, close the shut-off valve and stop the oil pump at the same time. This type of crusher can easily adjust the size of the ore discharge port, allowing users to obtain satisfactory product particle size and output. When non crushed materials fall into the crushing chamber, the crushing force increases, and the system oil pressure also increases. The oil in the oil cylinder is pressed into the accumulator, causing the crushing cone to decrease, the ore discharge port to increase, and the non crushed materials are eliminated. After the non broken material is discharged, under the action of the accumulator, the oil slowly presses into the oil cylinder, causing the broken cone to reset smoothly. When the size of non crushed materials is too large to be discharged through the ore discharge port, and the system oil pressure continues to rise to the set value of the electrical contact pressure gauge, the control system automatically shuts down to ensure equipment safety.

5. The crossbeam liner and seal can be easily replaced without removing the crossbeam, reducing labor, time, equipment consumption, and production losses

caused by parking;

6. Heavy duty integrated spindle, equipped with patented alloy steel threaded spindle sleeve to reduce spindle stress.

7. The movable cone locking nut with cutting ring can make the disassembly of the movable cone lining plate easier.

8. High strength rack design allows for trouble-free operation and extended service life even under harsh crushing conditions.

9. The main shaft and moving cone are cast into one to avoid loosening during the crushing process.

10. External adjustment device for backlash between large and small gears.

The thrust bearing wear indicator can release harmless silver powder into the lubricating oil when the wear through thickness is reached. The spindle position

control system can easily adjust the spindle to compensate for lining wear and control product particle size.
